Graphics

Titan’s graphics are terrific. The table image is clear, uncluttered, and looks great in a 3-D style. There are also distinctive avatars (player characters) which give a good feel to the table, and the colours are calming (which can be useful!)

Playability

Table
PlayTech, who designed this software, are giants of the games software industry and Titan’s design shows why. Everything has been thought of, with lots of clever functions and easy simple gameplay. Among some of the great features are a buddy list (showing you where to find your mates – or the fishes you have added), player notes, a game history function, and a comprehensive statistics section.

Lobby
Titan’s lobby is also good, with separate tabs for no-limit, fixed limit and pot-limit games and stats for each table, including players per flop, hands per hour and average pot size.

Player Numbers

Ring
Titan Poker’s player numbers are increasing incredibly fast, and already traffic is more than ample.

Tournament
Titan Poker’s tournament traffic is also extremely good, with slightly higher numbers than for ring games.

Game Variety

Texas Hold’em, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo and Stud. This isn’t the greatest selection of games but the focus is on providing the games most players are interested in. Ok, if you want to play five card draw this may not be the site for you, but for the big poker games Titan is a great place to play.

Rake

Titan’s rake is one of the lowest of all online poker rooms. Although the standard rake is the industry average of 5% up to a maximum of $3, on lower stakes tables the rake is much lower. For example on $1-$2 fixed limit tables the rake is capped at $1, as it is on tables with 2-3 players. On any table with between four and six players the rake is capped at $2.

Special Tournaments

Titan loads of special tournaments, including qualifiers to the WSOP and the WPT, a Million Mania tournament (with a guaranteed prize pool of $1 million), a $500k freeroll for customers who refer a friend to the site, and a monthly $100,000 guaranteed tournament.

Loyalty
Titan Poker runs a great VIP points system, whereby players amass points for playing in real money games, and are then awarded with cash-back on a monthly basis. Players can earn up to $175 a month this way.
